The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is the top hotel in the country, according to U.S. News & World Report’s recently released 2019 Best Hotels ranking. The resort placed No. 1 on the list of Best Hotels in the USA.

Located on Hawaii Island, the resort features seven swimming pools, a variety of dining options, and on-site cultural activities.

Four Seasons’ Hawaii properties fared well in the rankings; Four Seasons Resort Lanai came in at No. 4, and Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea ranked No. 13. Other Hawaii hotels to make the top 15 included Montage Kapalua Bay, which came in at No. 8.

The U.S. News & World Report annual hotel ranking is based on reputation among travel experts, as well as guest reviews. The 2019 Best Hotels also included lists for Europe, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda.
